Ramp Gibson
Ingredients:
- 2oz Isolation Proof Ramp Gin
- 1oz Method Vermouth (or another blanc vermouth)
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Method:
Combine in mixing glass, stir with ice until well chilled; strain into glass, garnish with expressed lemon peel and/or cocktail onion.
Why we love it:
Ramp Gin's wild allium backbone make it naturally savory, making it a punchy yet refined base onto which lends itself well to drinks where these flavors are showcased. And because that flavor is coming from the gin itself, flourishes like orange bitters can add complexity without fighting with traditional additives like olive juice.
