Isolation Proof Martini

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Isolation Proof Gin
• 1 ounce Method Dry Vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Pinch of salt

Method:

Combine in mixing glass, stir with ice, strain into chilled glass, add lemon twist.

Why we love it:

A martini is the perhaps the most famous cocktail of all time. And if we're being honest, our devotion and love of martinis is one of the primary reasons we wanted to get into the gin-making business! There are so many martini variations that it's really a choose-your-own-adventure type of cocktail. What kind of gin? How much vermouth? Stirred or shaken (stirred, obvi)? Dirty or a twist? There are no wrong answers, because there are thousands of delicious combinations!
